Long-term Course Application Procedure

Enter the school in October, 2010
 
Online Application
(Make the payment with a credit card for Intensive Course)
Deadline: 10 September
       
Fill in the required items on "Online Application Form for Study Abroad course" attached to returned e-mail and reply it to ARC ACADEMY.
Within 7 days of the application
       
Apply for a Study Abroad visa at Immigration Bureau
Late September
       
Come to Japan on a short-term landing permission
Submit documents to the school
Early October
Study in the Intensive Course
      
Study Abroad visa delivery
Middle of November
     
Pay the registration fee and the tuition fee for the Study Abroad Course
Within 10 days after visa issued
     
Change your visa status to precollege visa.
Pay the handling fee (4,600 yen)
*No need to leave Japan.
Middle of December
     

Continue studying in Study Abroad Course
