Registration Fee Discount Campaign at Kyoto school is underway (for Oct. 2009 course)

  • Selection fee and Entry fee will not be refunded.
  • In case of cancellation of participation before the course starts, the full amount of lesson fees will be refunded. Students cannot leave the school voluntarily within the six-month period after the course started.
  • In the case that a student has been at the school for more that six months, he or she may leave the school voluntarily by sending the withdrawal notice to the school one month before each quarter starts. In the case that a student leaves voluntarily from the school, we will deduct 20% of the amount of the student's planned period of attendance or 52,500 Yen, whichever is the lower amount, as a cancellation fee and will refund the rest of the lesson fee.
  • To extend the planned period of attendance, please send extension application to the school one month before the end of current attendance period. Extended lesson fee is 170,000 Yen (3 months). 340,000 Yen (6 months), 510,000 Yen (1 year). However, the extension may not be possible from reasons such as if student quotas have been met. We also cannot accept any attendance longer than 2 years.
  • Please pay the lesson fee before the designated date. Student will not be able to attend the class if the lesson fee is not paid before the designated date.
  • Extra curricular lessons and expenses for outside-school events are included within the lesson fee.
  • Utilized texts are different in each classes. Please pay for them at the school reception after your class has been decided.
